“Expertise” in the 18th century: interdisciplinary workshop

In the quest to trace the origins of modern-day notions and practices of “expertise”, historians have consistently turned to the eighteenth century for its roots. In the quest to trace the origins of modern-day notions and practices of “expertise”, historians have consistently turned to the eighteenth century for its roots.
